Ordering Information:
(1) If you live outside of Texas you do not have to pay the Texas State sales tax of 8.25%. So the price you see on the specimen is all you pay, plus the shipping.
(2) All transactions must be in US Dollars (please). You can either send a personal check if you live in the United States or use credit card. If outside the U.S., a money order, Traveler's Cheques or credit card are accepted. Credit or Debit Card service for Visa
and
Master Card is available, we do not accept Discover or American Express.
(3) All items shipped in the U.S. are sent via UPS or, if small, such as marbles, via The U.S. Postal Service. Hence we request no PO Boxes, only street addresses. Unless you specify otherwise. We will charge you UPS standard weight , insurance and handling fees. Please allow 4 to 5 days from shipping date for receipt. If you'd like to speed up the process, you can request quicker handling for additional cost.
Overseas orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service and will require longer delivery time. Remember, overseas orders may also be subject to local customs charges depending on your location. While purchases sent UPS can be tracked enroute, we cannot do so with the U.S. Mail.
All orders will be processed after receipt of your payment.

(4) If you receive anything you do not like, you have a 10 day return privilege. Please send it back if it arrives damaged or if you just can't develop a good relationship with the purchase...In other words: you and the rock don't get along! Once the returned purchase is received, your merchandise amount will be refunded. Please call or email us for address instructions regarding any returned merchandise.
You are welcome to return merchandise, but please be aware that a frequent or high rate of returned items may result in a restocking fee.
Layaway arrangements which are not completed by a customer according to schedule will incur a $15 processing fee against any refunds due. Since layaway items are also taken out of regular stock during the layaway period and therefore made unavailable for purchase by others, if such items are subsequently returned, a restocking and processing fee may apply up to $75.00.
Additionally, please note that any items of the "Specials" page are final and may not be returned...including any that are purchased on layaway.
Miscellaneous notes: All Texas residents are subject to the Texas Sales Tax. That amount will be added to your total purchase price.
